Recorded: Cultivating Compassionate Supervision: An Alternative Way to Supervise Through Empathy

**This course will provide the participant with 1 Supervision Learning Type BACB® CEU**

Description of Supervision Learning Type CE Event: This class will support Behavior Analysts of all skill levels in building the skills to practice and lead with compassion and empathy from a behavior analytic lens. In this course, we reflect on our ways of communication, how they can impact our relationships with others, and the influence we can have within our practice. We talk about critiques of our field and what the current research is saying about the behavior analytic field. This course’s objectives are to build the skills needed to cultivate compassionate supervision through conducting self-reflections, building trust, and engaging in bidirectional feedback.
