Help! I Have to Train Adults: Behavior Skills Training to The Rescue #live

**This course will provide the participant with 1.5 General Learning Type BACB® CEUs**

Description of Learning Type CE Event:  Are you a BCBA who works in Educational settings or provides training to other adults? Learn how to implement Behavior Skills Training (BST) to train other adults to implement interventions, collect data, run small groups, and follow reinforcement schedules and behavioral programming. BST is proven effective for our students and clients, so why not enhance training for the adults you work with? Learn how to use BST to streamline training for all employees within a school or clinic. Plan for and manage generalization and maintenance of teaching skills, in addition to strengthening treatment programs and interventions across settings and providers.

About the Instructor: Hi, I'm Amy! I was born and raised in a small town in Connecticut, but I have spent most of my adult life in Colorado, where I currently live. I have been working in Early Childhood since 2011. Over the years, I have had many roles in the field, from teaching soccer skills, running fitness classes and working in private pre-schools and public schools. As I was completing my undergraduate degree, I concentrated on Young Children with Behavior Disorders and ADHD, which had a heavy focus on ABA; I went on to complete a complementary program for my Early Childhood Special Educator certification in 2015, which again had a heavy ABA focus. I then decided to go back to school for another master's degree solely in ABA so I could become a BCBA, and I graduated from ASU in 2020 and passed my test in November 2021. As I was completing my coursework and preparing for the test, I was already thinking about how I could begin to disseminate ABA into the special education world and create those bridges we need to work together for our students. I am so excited to be a tiny part of the SNABA team!

Target Audience: Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) working in Educational settings, or who provide training to other adults, educators and practitioners.
