Course Description: Could Behavior Analysts who display both technological and interpersonal skills be more effective? Many BCBAs reading this description went into the profession to improve lives and protect people from harm. However, more than half have not been adequately trained to manage others with fluent soft skills. By the end of this presentation, you will walk away with a better understanding of interpersonal skills, how to make your life and job easier, and practical examples to use at work. Building and fostering interpersonal skills within our behavior analytic community will create better outcomes, which will improve lives and protect people from harm.
