**This course will provide the participant with 1.5 General Learning Type BACB® CEUs**

Description of Learning Type CE Event: Social media can be an overwhelming place when it comes to exercise and fitness. You’ll either log on to find Instagram models posting their most recent leg workout, or you may find the body positivity movement telling you it’s OK to stay the way you are. So, what do you do? In this CEU, we discuss the social validity and overall importance of exercise and physical activity along with its benefits, compare and contrast how fitness and behavioral assessments are similar, and ultimately combine both and many other tools to create an FBA. This time, you’re the client! In this course, you’ll be challenged to use your behavioral skills to brainstorm achievable ways to affect the socially significant behavior that is physical activity. This class is packed with #evidence, #data, and #resources.
