Description of Learning Type CE Event: Ever wanted something but just couldn’t motivate yourself?! This event is for you! Learn how to use ACT in your life or with clients to regulate and motivate. This CE event will go over each of the processes of ACT and how they are rooted in ABA. You will walk away with tools to address motivation and regulation. This training will equip you to fade contrived reinforcers into internal reinforcers such as values as well as teaching you how to overcome internal barriers to progress

About the Instructor: Dr. Saint has presented locally and internationally on ACT therapy. Katie has had students come from around the world to observe her at her practice and study her application of ACT in ABA therapy. Dr. Saint works for an ABA company as the training director, has a private practice for mental health counseling and teaches in the ABA department at Pepperdine University. Katie has written college courses as well as published several books

Target Audience: BCBAs looking to learn more about ACT

To earn credit, you will be required to attend the live online session and pass a quiz about it with a score of 80% or higher. You can retake the quiz as many times as needed, but you may not receive exactly the same questions each time.
