Description

**This course will provide the participant with 1.5 General Learning Type BACB® CEUs**.

Description of Learning Type CE event: ABA and psychology are BFFs! This CEU brings ABA and psychology together to explain why we act the way we do in relationships and how to change it! When we look at our histories from a behavior analytic perspective it makes perfect sense why we act the way we do! Learn how to identify what patterns of reinforcement and punishment shaped your attachment style and what strategies you can use to overcome that operant or respondent conditioning. This CEU will cover the four attachment styles, translate them from a behavior analytic perspective and go over strategies to change our prior conditioning with relationships.

About the Instructor: Dr. Saint has presented locally and internationally on ACT therapy. Katie has had students come from around the world to observe her at her practice and study her application of ACT in ABA therapy. Dr. Saint works for an ABA company as the training director, has a private practice for mental health counseling and teaches in the ABA department at Pepperdine University. Katie has written college courses as well as published several books

Target Audience: Anyone looking to see how aba applies to relationships and our interactions with others.
